We are currently looking for a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic specialized in In-Service Support (ISS) to support the lifecycle maintenance of military vehicles and specialized equipment.

Your Role — ISS Mission

• As part of our technical team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of essential equipment.
• Your work will directly support operational continuity while helping improve maintenance practices over time.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and Technical Support

• Perform maintenance and repairs on military heavy trucks and specialized equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electromechanical issues
• Conduct inspections, testing, and performance validations
• Ensure equipment remains mission-ready at all times

Logistics Support and Lifecycle Management

• Assist with inventory, parts tracking, and equipment handling
• Support configuration management and equipment traceability
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reports

Continuous Improvement and Collaboration

• Contribute to maintenance optimization and process improvements
• Share technical insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and operations teams
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives

The project manager will coordinate projects of various sizes for our clients. They will also play a strategic role in developing Triode’s expertise and best practices in project management and product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead various projects for Triode and its clients, including innovation, new product and service development, performance optimization, and other strategic projects
• Take on strategic support, training and coaching mandates according to level of experience
• Constantly monitor project performance according to quality, deadline and cost targets
• Ensure proactive risk management and constant communication with the various project stakeholders
